Andrew Lenehan

Andrew is an experienced and accomplished Senior Leader in Education. He has held various posts, most recently as Curriculum and Quality advisor to a Multi Academy Trust in Manchester and previously as Director of Quality and Standards in Cheshire. His passion is the advancement of Teaching and Learning. He has revolutionised CPD models, primarily by using the talent that currently exists within the organisation.

Andrew has a proven track record in rapid improvement and working with underperforming teams. He advises on small immediate measures that educationalists can implement within days. Using this methodology Andrew took a team from ‘special measures’ to ‘outstanding’ within eighteen months in West Yorkshire.

Andrew is available on occasion to support schools and colleges. His specific areas of expertise are:

Steve Callaghan

Steve is a Specialist Leader in Education (Mathematics) with a track record of working effectively in his own school and with Heads of Departments and Senior Leaders in other schools. Steve focuses on bringing about sustainable change and his coaching experience and SLE training have prepared him well for this.

With twenty-two years’ teaching and management experience working in Manchester and Rochdale, Steve then moved into Wigan LEA where, as a member of the school improvement team and Head of Mathematics Faculty, he led his team to outstanding performance. Academically, his greatest achievement was leading an exceptional team to achieve a 94% pass rate at GCSE with a 51% A* – A pass rate. Steve has gone on to run Inset programmes for Heads of Mathematics and Senior Leaders with a focus on tracking progress and implementing intervention strategies to maximise performance.
